Thank you for caring so much to find out what we are all about.  We are a family of 5 (soon to be 6): me, my beautiful wife, my 3 amazing boys (and another on the way), plus our cat named Gammy.  We are located in the beach area in Toronto where we have lived for 6 years and enjoy contributing to our community in various ways.

How we started making Beeswax candles… 

When we were planning for our wedding (for May 2009) we wanted to make our own favours that spoke about us and our lifestyle.  We consider ourselves as healthy and environmentally conscience people.  Then we remembered that we always love burning beeswax candles and thought how great it would be to incorporate them into our wedding day (both at the reception and to use as our gifts for guests).

We had a lot of fun as a family, learning more about beeswax and the process of making candles, that we thought it would be wonderful to share them with others.  And so Gammy’s Beezwax was created out of love from our wedding.  We continue to make our beeswax candles with positive energy in a loving atmosphere as a family.  Come feel the energy that illuminates from our candles.

About gammy…  

We named our company after our cat because of her behavior when we burned these candles.  Everytime we light our beeswax candles she starts becoming very playful and energetic. We didn’t make the connection at first but after awhile we realized it’s our candles that are make her behave like that.  We have burned other candles before and no mood change from Gammy.  So we consider our candles to be Gammy approved!
